Isis screamed out in pain as she ripped the knife from Holmes arm. She then dropped the crystal she had to the ground and stomped it causing it to let the magic back up. She grunted and disappeared to quickly get medical attention, leaving Dark Serenity behind.

He held a hand to his arm as he sat on the ground. "That can't be good." he murmured. He then looked at his rescuer. "Hello."

"Hello. I'm Shed Muto. Nice to meet you." She tore part of her cloak off and tied the strip around the wound in Holmes' arm. "This should hold you at least for a little while." She then looked to Serena. "Are you alright Mother?"

She nodded. "I'm fine Shed. Thank goodness you showed up when you did." She then looked at Dark Serenity before looking back at Shed and Holmes. "Should just go ahead and put her out of eternal misery."

Good fortune and cooperation." she said with a nod. Serena, Shed and Holmes would all feel a little weaker as their energy was being used to make the Barrier stronger. "Everything comes with a price though." she laid all the cards so far on the ground creating a half cross.

"I do not think, I have ever had a Tarot reading.....quite like this..." he said as he staggered back a little, then regained his footing. "Hmph. I may be human, but I wont go down so easily."
