Shed opened her mouth briefly as if she wanted to object on the man's behalf but then quickly shut it again as if in fear of incurring her father's wrath upon herself instead.

She was beautiful, but very strange. She had bull horns on her head, a bull's tail whipped back and forth behind her and a small gold nose ring hung from her nose. She saw Anna and gasped.
