hair removal questions??

ok guys, help me out please. i'm a fairly hairy person, and have never done anything about it. i want to get rid of a lot of it, and i want to do it the most lowest maitenance way possible. any recommendations? steps? where is the best place to find these things? i tried the search, but didn't see a whole lot. waxing was looking like my best bet, but i've never done it before. thanks for any answers.
