Halloween Contest Ideas

do I want her to die achingly beautiful. I like the death angle as it is bittersweet but think that most readers would rather have a happy or at least happy'ish ending.

I have had this idea for a story for some time but I am unable to find a good starting point. Nor can I decide on an ending.

The story takes place over a years time - starting on Halloween night and ending the following Halloween.

Key points:

The story starts w/an overweight, average young woman who is lonely.
On Halloween night she feels dejected after a party in which she fails to find a companion.
Enter the Incubus.
Through out the year the Incubus seduces and feeds off of the young woman filling any and all desires in her dreams. Potential for male/female, fantasy/kink exploration and lesbian sexual situations as the Incubus can transform and is Incubus/Succubus.
In turn she loses weight and becomes beautiful.

I can't decide which perspective I want to write it from. The victim or the demon.
The end result is that the demon falls in love with the victim - do I want her to die achingly beautiful. I like the death angle as it is bittersweet but think that most readers would rather have a happy or at least happy'ish ending.

Thoughts?

do it from her pov. yes, she dies. but is resurected.

Yes, I'm going to be entering soon. My story is taking longer than expected, but it should only be a few more days and I can submit it.

someone throws a big "Pimps and Ho's" themed Halloween Party. Adults only (duh). Naughty games, sexy treats and perhaps an orgy at the end.

I could see this as a Sorority/Fraternaty mixer type thing or just an adult thing, or if you wanted to do Celebrities it could be a Playboy Mansion thing.

It could be light and fluffy fun, or could be darker. If S&M theme, one activity could be a slave auction of sorts.

If not a college mixer it might just end with all the couples going home with just each other and having the best sex ever from having been so horny all night.

Well, to be honest, I wasn't planning to write the story for the contest, I just happened to be up at 3AM not writing a paper for class. I'm most productive with lit stories in the wee hours, and for some reason, even if the story's not all that long, I'll be sitting there, putting it together at my computer, and it'll only SEEM like a couple minutes, but I'll look up and it'll be 4 hours later.

Guess that means I enjoyed writing it, huh?
