What happened to him? Is he ill on bed? No full payment of salary to him by the administration?
He seems invisible.
The hectic diplomatic efforts of the US has dispelled him?
But I understand the Secretary of State of the USA is the same as the foreign minister of other country.
 
Right now, Rubio is in Cuba, trying to negotiate what Trump calls a not necessarily friendly takeover, i.e., Cuba's surrender.

Does Cuba being your Communist comrade affect how Chinese feel about this?

Trump never DID appear to understand the importance of diplomacy. In his first term he neglected the State Department so indifferently that ambassadorships went vacant.

Does it? This is pretty important. It reflects on just how much viability Communism has left as an INTERNATIONAL movement.

As the frontline is currently in the Middle East, why is he now in Cuba? Does he want to have the real puff of the local cigar that is rolled on the thigh of a whore?

Cuba is closer to the former USSR than to China, most of us Chinese knew this country when we gave an attack on Vietnam in 1979, because both Vietnam and Cuba claimed to own the third most powerful military forces in the world.

But more Chinese people knew about the country Cuba was due to the world championship of women's volleyball where Cuba was often seen to play against the idol Team China.

It was only recently that a Chinese girl traveling to Cuba saw an elderly man sitting by a window on the street beckoning her. After consulting with him, she learned that he would approach anyone with an Oriental appearance. This is how she found out about this story. The elderly man later also received the opportunity to visit China for free.

Oh, there is one more thing about Cuba, it is a Chinese thief who became well known online in an interview by a local TV at a police station after he was caught stealing e-bike batteries. He looked very like the former comrade or big brother Che Guevara, who was a comrade of the late Cuban leader Castro.

That doesn't sound like ANYBODY in China has Communism very much on their minds any more. Not even the CCP officials.

Could something like the Cultural Revolution happen now? Is anybody still zealous enough for Communism to participate in a movement to make Chinese society more perfectly Communist?

I hope that he gets in way over his head with Iran and will be forced to leave Cuba alone.

I am assuming here an average Chinese such as gxnn KNOWS something about the Cultural Revolution and it has not gotten the Tienanmen Square treatment.
