The homeless will remain on the street..........by their own choice. There are facilities available to them but to take advantage of said facilities means they'll have to abide by the rules, namely no drugs, no booze and drugs and booze are the reasons they're on the street to begin with.

My wife’s job is to help people get off of the street. She and her team do exactly that. If they weren’t doing what they do many more would be on the street.

Yes, there are many drug addicted homeless, many with other mental health issues. Morons like you conflate what you see to believe that includes all of them.

I gave you some examples of many Americans who don’t ‘choose’ to be homeless but you completely ignore them and the seriousness of the situation for the many people who fall through the cracks due to circumstances they are constantly trying to manage.

Many, many homeless people have jobs and you would never know they aren’t housed because they make use of shelter services that you would love to end.
