Sammy was an attractive woman; she had brown hair, brown eyes and worked for a big law firm so she was successful too. She was about to marry an accountant and she loved him. But their sex life was far from stellar. No matter what he did for her, she couldn't hit a true orgasm. She had to fake all of her orgasms. None of them were real. She figured it might be a medical problem so she went to her doctor hoping he'd be able to help.

She sat down on the table, tapping her fingers on it. She was embarrassed that she would have to admit to her doctor that she had a hard time reaching orgasm. She just hoped he could fix the problem because it had gone on long enough. And it was frustrating.

ooc: Sample PM please

The door to the examination room rattled from two sharp knocks. After a brief pause, it swung wide to admit a tall man in a long white coat. "Good afternoon, I am Dr. Carson. And you are....," he paused to scan the papers attached to the metal clipboard. "I show here that your name is Samantha, but you prefer Sammy? Okay."

Carson wheeled a stool over beside the examination table. "Judging from these notes, you've come in today because you're having difficulty achieving orgasm with your fiancé." He scanned the charts again through his reading glasses, then glanced over the rims at her for confirmation.

"Your medical history indicates no drug interactions that would interfere your libido and I don't see any outliers suggesting a medical condition. Hmmm." He set the chart on one knee and took off his glasses. "I'll perform a physical exam to be sure. Before I do, I would like some further details on your sexual history. Oftentimes such details can point to the source of the problem."

He scanned Sammy briefly. Attractive young woman. Her professional suit concealed much, but she had some major curves underneath that conservative exterior. Pity to think such a lovely woman should derive so little enjoyment from it.

He clicked his pen. "Let's start with your sexual experience. Have you been able to achieve orgasm with past lovers? Is it only you fiancé that you experience difficulties with? "

This was incredibly embarrassing for Samantha. She wasn't a prude by any means but it was a bit strange talking about her sex life, lack thereof, with a doctor that she saw maybe twice a year. But she also felt bad for her fiancee, Rick. He did love Sammy more than anything and hated that she had to fake an orgasm every time that had sex. Sammy bit her lip, figuring she would have to be honest about her sex life even if it was uncomfortable to talk about.

"I've never had problems reaching orgasm before." She explained. "It always came naturally." She said, realizing the pun she just made but it wasn't funny so she just brushed over it. "Rick, my fiance, and I never had any problems having sex before or me reaching orgasm." She explained to her doctor as she toyed with the bracelet on her wrist. "But lately...I don't know, no matter how hard I try, I can't reach my orgasm at all. I hate faking it for Rick and I miss the way it feels when I have an orgasm." She said softly, admitting her feelings to her doctor a little bit. "I don't know...it's just every time we have sex, I'm faking it."

"Interesting," murmured Dr. Carson as he scribbled notes to the file. "If your difficulties post-date your time with your fiancé, that indicates that there is no fundamental incompatibility. Simply put, not everyone has what you might call 'chemistry'. But if your Rick was able to sexually satisfy you in the past, there is every reason to believe he might be able to do so again."

"Tell me more about the onset of this situation. When did you first begin having difficulties? Did anything else in your life change around the same time?"

"I don't even know. It just sort of happened one day." She said with a sigh. She couldn't remember something that had been so bad that would cause her not to be satisfied in the bedroom. "I've just been a little stressed out at work. And I'm finding it hard to relax in bed." She explained. "Rick tries, he does. But no matter what he does, he just can't get me to orgasm. I have to fake it just so he won't feel bad about the whole situation." She sighed.

She felt herself becoming damp in hr panties. She didn't talk about her sex life with anyone yet here she was talking about her sex life to a man she didn't even know. Sure, he was her doctor but she only saw him twice or three times a year for check ups. She truly did hope he could find the root of her problem because she didn't know how much longer she could fake orgasms with Rick.

Dr. Carson's pen skittered across the page as he jotted down more notes. He was getting the sense that his patient was holding back. Such actions weren't uncommon in such situations involving such sensitive topics. He could only continue to ask questions to get to. the heart of the problem.

"Sammy, everything you've said thusfar indicates the problem is not likely physiological in nature. I suspect that the source of your current difficulties is likely psychological." He leaned forward on the stool and peered directly at her with his ice-blue eyes. "I do not mean to suggest that 'it's all in your head'. It could very well be a change in your external environment that is affecting you this way. Sexual arousal is not a purely physical reaction, but also both mental and emotional. We just need to hone in on what is causing this interference."

He cleared his throat. "To do that, I'm going to have to ask you some very personal questions. I want you to answer honestly. Do not let any sense of embarrassment or shame hold back the truth. Okay?"

Dr. Carson leaned back. "To start, do you know if this problem extends only to sex with your fiancé? Have you been able to achieve orgasm through masturbation since the problem began? Have you had sexual relations with anyone besides your fiancé during this time? If so, were you able to achieve orgasm with that other person or persons?"

Sammy wasn't prude but she didn't exactly feel comfortable discussing with her doctor her sex life. She rarely saw her doctor except for a couple times of year and this whole conversation was pretty embarrassing. As embarrassing as it was, she found herself a little turned on by the conversation. Maybe because it was a strange man, she wasn't sure but the way he phrased his words and what he said, they were a little erotic for her.

She took a deep breath, figuring she had to be honest with her doctor so that he could get to the bottom of this whole thing. She crossed her legs and thought about his question for a moment or two.

"Dr. Carson, I haven't been with anyone else. And this problem didn't start until recently. Up until recently, we had very active sex lives. And the sex between us would be hot and steamy. It's just lately, nothing is there. It's even hard for me to fake an orgasm with him."
