You can Google individual tweets that are trending which people link and highlight in their own media spaces, but you can't Google entire Twitter feeds.

In order to access what's being discussed in the feed, which I assume is important for schumcks like you in order to know what's being said, you have to solicit the platform directly. You don't need an account to do that, either. But you don't escape connecting to it.
