Anytime you create a post, down below the posting text box is a button that says "Manage Attachments".

Click it.

The attachments have certain limitations, but it's pretty straightforward after you find that button down below.

thug your pictures are maybe too large. They can only be 800 by 600 or something like that I think...so if they're bigger than that u have to resize them.
