I once read an article where a woman was TRULY a nymphomania. It was a phycological study so it went into the details of her treatment plan later, but the introduction was interesting.
She was in her mid-twenties and literally addicted to sex. It got to the point where she got in with the wrong crowd, going to the innercity of her locale and meeting up with gang members and drug dealers. But this was the crazy part, SHE DID NOT DO DRUGS nor was a PROSTITUTE. She went into that realm just because she was guaranteed to have sex. That was why she ended up being a case study; her sexual addiction put her in severe danger despite not have antecedents that would drive her there like homelessness or a drug habit. She literally was looking for sex 4-5 times a day.
I always wanted to do a story along these lines, but how could I. No one would ever believe the basic premise of this real life case study.
This story idea could work with that though. The lady was successfully treated, but how do you tell your husband what that kind of past you had was like? What happened if he realized, she was in regression and wanted that, or actively doing that again?
What if the wife was absolutely convinced, right or wrong, that her now adult daughter had the same phycological affliction? maybe her daughter just got into the wrong crowd, but the mother takes it on herself to save her daughter and from that a story of sexual debauchery ensues? Can you imagine having to tell your husband what your past was like, and that now his daughter could be doing the same thing? What if in dealing with her daughter, she is drawn back into those same sexual circles and perversions; sex 4-5 times or day, or maybe in this round, it is twice that to feed her addiction?
