Here's a purely hypothetical question

Say, I took some nude pictures of myself when I was 17, and that would be underage in certain areas, but now that I've turned 19 almost 20, is it still illegal to post the pictures of myself when I was 17? Not that anyone could tell the difference between the two time periods, in body structure I mean. Is it the connotations given by the messages? Or I should keep it hush hush and pretend it's from after 18.

So what your saying is that you are 19 and have nude pictures of yourself. You look the same now as you did when you took the pictures. Hypo speak and all, I would think it be illegal to post pictures of a minor, but if there is no time stamp on the pictures they very well could have been taken last week and no one would know the difference. Though if there is any doubt in you mind, hypo. and all, then error on the side of caution and if you wish take new pictures post them.

yeah, unless there's proof that you were underage in the photos, then there's nothing that can be done about it. All that need be done is post them as if you have just taken them. Most wouldnt give a damn anyway

there's nothing wrong with looking young, most people would kill to be old enough to do what they want but still have that young innocent look...

I wouldnt worry about If you look the same however if it was me id take new pics cause taking pics is more fun than sharing them.
