My girls stayed home from camp today, had a HUGE storm coming through here this morning. Really hot and humid today too, bad air quality. Would have been a tough day for them.

They start school Sept 5...4 weeks from today but who is counting???

Great pics, HG!! Hockey fan myself, and I'll tell you, going to minor league hockey games now, I wish I'd been going in high school! It's amazing how many hot women are into such a "barbaric" sport! hehe

Billy Joel quote? Not surprising from an Islanders fan. hehe
(Had to get out my guitar* and play through the song because I couldn't remember it would playing. LOL)
*Yeah, I know, that just sounds weird for a Joel song. That one works better on the guitar, though!

At one point I could ID any of his songs by the first note or chord, recite any lyric, and he's the reason I became a musician in the first place. :p

...and that just happens to be one of my favorite songs. hehe

That is what we had yesterday. So bad I kept my kids home from camp, hard to even breath out there. Today is a perfect summer day out, should have gone to the beach!
