I've done a few spinning classes. I still like ending my workout with weights, just makes me feel like a man, haha.
I'd make sure to get on a bike right behind you though, that way I would be sure to work extra Hard.

Yea, I think the guys that wear skin tight shirts or really short shorts are just trying too hard.
