I would like to thank all of you for all your kind words. My dad had 4 blocked arties and had by pass surgery yesterday. Thank goodness that his heart attack did No Damage. His docter said he should recover completely. Kisses to all of ya.

Sorry to hear about your dad's ordeal but glad to hear he's doing well. Having been there, I know what he is going through. Luckily my heart attack did no damage to my heart either. I was able to skip the bypass surgery but remember my dad having had it. Time will heal his wounds and he will be fine. Take my word for it Kel

Hey, Kelly! Glad to hear your dad will be OK. Make sure he has his coughing bear handy all the time. A friend of mine went to the bathroom and didn't take his... once (right after bypass surgery). I think it's something you learn after the first time.... but that one is just as important as not smoking for the first few weeks.
