Did you try to remove all the drivers and reinstall them? Steve had to do that to mine a couple days ago....does your system usually list your camera as a twain device, removable drive, or usb device?

I did do that...and it lists it as a twain device...but my device manager doesnt see my camera at all....that is the problem

Delete the device Hon...delete the other if it still shows too...then try a clean install with the 98 drivers

What kind of picture viewer do you use?....I have irfranview and it will find all the twain device's for you.
