An obvious solution - simply dose the lad into a handsome, biddable plaything. This does however mean his mother will essentially become his pimp.

The story has to have a twist (sirhugs!). The mom ends up dosed with the pink pills herself, possibly because she's jealous of all the attention her new daughter gets. Her son does end up with a lucrative career: pimping her out.

How far do you want to go with that theme? Does he sneak a pill into his un-affectionate dad's drink? His successful brother who they both favored?

It's a fun idea.

The kid's not good for much and Donna knows he'll be a road block to the future she planned when they were empty nesters.

There are several women in her social circle she'd call 'cougars' and knows that new pill might just be the answer to her prayers.

What Donna didn't count on was what it would do to his sex drive. He'd gone through most of her friends and the hired help in the first two weeks and the way he was starting to look at her was making Donna both nervous and wildly aroused.

I originally read it as being transgender-induction pills (as well as the aphrodisiac part) so my comment above might not make much sense. Or maybe it does, you decide.
