Is it just me, or are we on the 2,362nd day of January??? This month is just too much. They are actually calling for measurable snow in my area this weekend.

I'll be honest, I'm feeling like an unsure Daisy these days. I'm still growing toward the sunlight, and always on the hunt for the happy -- even if January is making me work for it.

I hope this brings a little happy to you.

January is screaming by at MACH1 here. But I finally have a few days off to work on a big project. 30 here today but the wind came up to 40mph gusts. More wind tomorrow and then into the deep freeze. High Friday and Saturday of negative numbers. With wind.

Me too, but im taking a month or two off. Football season takes a lot of effort. Its like a job and i need to be at peak focus on Saturday. I need the vacation.

Ive been saying that too! Why mondays? I can see during the playoffs, a friday night and Saturday, but Monday? Has to have something to do with advertisement. Like some demographic says Monday night has a slightly richer crowd than Saturdays. Scheduling conflicts with the different venus maybe? Who knows? Much smarter people than me figure that shit out.

It's all about the money... always. I'm sure some algorithm somewhere came up with this "perfect" schedule.

Because they dont want to go against the NFL playoffs which has had playoff games on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
