I survived my riding lesson and my back feels OK! It's so strange to go back to something you once did so naturally and now you're a newbie all over again. But I can definitely tell I was able to tap into some muscle-memory. It will be interesting to see how things come back to me. She's already promoting me to another horse for my next lesson. Someone with a little more get up and go. I'm taking that as a good sign.
Since I got out of my comfort zone yesterday, I'll stay there and share a couple more pics of that naughty nightie.
