This double standard is never-ending and all it proves is that the left is insecure about their vaunted intellectual superiority. Dan Quayle never heard the end of putting an e on the end of potatoe which is both a reasonable mistake.... and not an actual mistake ....since it is acceptable spelling and it pre-dates the E being dropped.

The strategery being employed by the left is not to have better, more clearly articulated ideas that attract smart people by the strength of their ideas, rather it is to employ endless attacks on the intellectual capacity and "education" of their rivals so that by distorting the propagandist's bandwagon approach from hop on our wagon to don't look at their wagon they shut down intellectual curiosity.

Yeah, yeah, I know, FAUX NEWS VIEWERS ARE STOOPID, and demographics on the left skew college indoctrinated (quelle surprise!) That only illustrates the echo chamber of the left. If the left had it electoral Integrity they would be very clear about their ideas. After a couple of generations of indoctrination they're starting to come out of the Socialist closet. That started with Bernie Sanders which was the first American Socialist attached to the Democratic party to admit that the things that they want to do our actual socialism. Historically Democrats have simply brought out the goodie bags and haven't at all addressed what the cost and enforcement mechanisms that would be required for their ideas.

If the left had ideas that were intellectually attractive, Air America would still be on the radio. It's not because the entire message of the left is the right is bad stupid and racist. You can pretty much cover the right is bad in a sentence or two and that leaves a lot of dead air to fill.

He pretty much stuck to the teleprompter did a very good job of not looking like he was reading off the teleprompter and had a nice easy conversational style as he read.

He's a worldwide real estate developer. Unless they can get some federal redevelopment money to pour down some infested rat-holes, no real estate developer looks to own anything in a shithole. That's sort of the point of location location location.

Assuming that they actively participated in the deterioration of the neighborhood that they live in they are assholes. Generally there are some very nice people in those areas more often than not they're immigrants from third world countries. They're there because the assholes have run down the neighborhood to the point that it's quite affordable to somebody coming from the third world. Some of them, I'm sure are good people.

I haven't been to Dayton North I looked at any data but I'm going to assume that it's a shithole. I will allow that there are probably some long-term residents of those areas who are not assholes and simply got trapped in the downward slide as their property values continue to degrade because of such things as Union assholes with their senseless asshole union rules and unsustainable dwage and benefit demands pushing jobs out of those communities to overseas.

I absolutely get that poor people don't have the money sometimes four proper maintenance and supplies and I also understand that as a neighbor heard deteriorates there's no home equity available to tap to take care of that sort of things but there's no reason at all that you can't do basic repairs yourself and if you're having trouble finding neighbor to give you a hand. I go into some of these neighborhoods and I see missing shingles and I'm thinking a packet of shingles is not that damned expensive get up there and replace a couple before you lose even more. How much money does it cost to cut the grass. When I've been broke ass and it with a broken lawn mower I'm owed an entire lawn with a weed eater. I bought one from a neighbor before I'd let my yard get to the condition that some of these yards get. It cost nothing at all to pick up the dog s*** in your yard. So yeah shitholes. Probably.

Are there people that don't think that Trump is inarticulate? He has always sounded like that. He was elected sounding like that. It was elected because of his message that taking care of America and Americans is more important than integrating a global economy. It wasn't elected because he sold the American people a bill of goods with flowery polished prose. The bought the message, not the messenger. They absolutely rejected all of the policies that are part of Obama's green energy economy. Hillary ran as a continuation of the Obama Administration. Nobody like the Obama Administration. Or you can buy a couple of acres in the blighted area of town say for 100k , hold them for a few years (couple of decades actually) improve it and throw off 500k per year in NI and be turning down $50/ ft. offers for raw land all day long when it is in the midst of being revitalized (without any federal money) because there is nowhere else for downtown to grow. Sometimes, if you have the patience and the foresight, you can become the location where once, there was none.

Now if you're in it to flip it, then you are right. But with the fast money comes more risk, and probably less ROI.

Trump has the understandable hubris of the successful. It doesn't really matter what your belief system at some point in order to believe that your success gives you the Improvement or of being somehow a better or more worthy person is quite understandable. Some people think that God has blessed them and they're for people that are less blessed are obviously needing to get right with God. Some think that all of their success is due to their own ingenuity and hard work. I fall into that particular camp. I justify it because in my experience the harder I work the more likely some luck comes my way. I know that's trite but it's actually true. It's no different than going into a casino if you don't have to actually bankroll your bets. If you could pull the handle an infinite number of times with no cost you're going to hit a jackpot eventually.

America is no different than any other civilization in the history of the world we have stratifications and we have classes. These classes are based on wealth. Other than the fact that billionaires do profit from the choices that the lower classes make in how they choose to use their discretionary income the 1% doesn't create the bottom percent. The choices of the bottom percent create the bottom percent. The fact that we still after pretty much my entire lifetime of the war on poverty find pretty much the same stratifications racially doesn't have a damn thing to do with racism and everything to do with culture.
