I work out and walk every day on the mountains around here (Brecon Beacons) to keep myself fit, and eat a balanced diet to the same end. I've always believed in keeping in shape. My ex-partner was ex-HM Forces so he taught me a lot.

My hair in the first photo is my natural colour - blonde-blondish. Until recently I didn't like it and used to dye my hair a dark shade. My hair also used to be very long, down to my waist at times, but I was advised to have it cut short while I was nursing as it was always getting in the way.

Yes, I am on Facebook but I don't like it much and I've never found an alternative.

About my photography and modelling, which many have asked about. My former partner was a wedding photographer and I learned how to handle a camera quite well, so most of my recent shots I've taken myself via a tripod/cable release/self-timer etc.. I don't model for camera clubs any more as I think my age is beginning to show and I don't feel as confident as I used to. Yes, I have occasionally posed topless/nude but not very often and I've never done, and don't intend to indulge in anything pornographic. Some may find this boring but I like the erotic and am no prude, but I feel some things need to be kept private.

Some members seem to remember me when I was here last and that I enjoy a glass of wine. Yes, I still do lol - but I don't drink a great deal at all, which is why it makes me a little giggly, flirtatious and a little .... reckless when I do. Anyway I must go for now.
