home made lube ?

I read a post ages ago with a recipe for home made lube. It contained glycerine and flavouring, (it was really simple), but I cant remember the ratio.
I gave the scribbled recipe to a friend but stupidly didn't keep a copy for myself. Help?

its ok I rang my friend...if anyone's interested...
1/2 cup glycerine, 1/4 teaspoon of your favourite flavouring, mix well and bottle...
