Valid question.

Society can be complicated. For example, Brad Pitt did his thing with Jolie while he was with Jen Aniston. After the dust settled life went on. Jesse James cheated on Sandra Bullock, and James was lynched in the media and basically hammered to pieces negatively to this day.

I do agree, it can be one sided. I’d say whomever fucks around on their significant other is just as much a home wrecker as the one they had the affair with. Just my two cents.

Correct. She is a home wrecker. Happy home, marriage, and she parachutes into your lives and its wrecked, most of the time, afterwards.

What would the man who is the affair partner to a cheating wife?

He is another double standard.
The wife cheats, the husband gets angry he is called "just jealous" and his reaction is treated as unjustified.
If the husband chests and the wife gets angry, its only said she is angry and wholly justified.

It would appear this is how people have been programmed to treat infidelity in modern times.
