Hot Hobbies...

stained glass, building street rods, doing custom auto upholstery.

I did stained glass for a while. I even miss it some times.
it was hard for me to make some of the cuts until I met a lady who owned
a glass company and she showed me a new cutter and some tips which really helped.

I made a pretty famous computer case about ten years ago, and I've done a few since. I do a lot of boxes, and kitchen cabinet work as well.

Good tools and practice really help :)

I'm really limited these days. 4 new tendons (2 Achilles) and a torn shoulder right now makes for creative thinking when you have to try anything I can't muscle thru anymore.

I used to do mainly sexy poster framing. with a mirror back. That way when family came over you could just flip your pictures over til they left. :D

LOL, I like that idea :D

I'm forbidden from stained glass right now, due to the damaging effects of lead on your kidneys. (Refuse to use lead-free solder) I still design on occasion.

Writing another screenplay that ( based on past experience ) will either:

1: be soundly rejected by all
2: be optioned and re-written into an unrecognizable mess.
3: be bought and go into development hell, where after a year or two it is finally decided it isn't worth pursing, but they'll keep the rights.

Collecting/listening to orchestral film scores. Today's playlist is my homemade mix of horror scores, my annual Halloween scary music fest.

Knitting and spinning yarn. Both are sexy as hell!!

I also love to read. I write but just for myself. It's not very good 😒

My hobby is anything but hot lol
very cold on the bottom of the great lakes checking out some pretty awesome shipwrecks :)

Mostly reading and walking here lately but have also gotten back into home brewing beer.

I also build custom kites. This is one of mine :D

It's about ten feet tall.

That's a really cool hobby!

I'm not shy about my hobbies. Gaming and hiking, although I'm trying to give up gaming right now and hiking maybe has one more month before it gets too cold and snowy for the winter. Then it's back to just a lot of walking and jogging on treadmill.

Other hobbies, reading, photography, and learning more math and foreign languages. For some reason I have to stimulate my mind and dabbling in those two seems to do it.

I wouldn't mind seeing that computer case. :D

cool... I have a couple friends who dive here at some of the regional ship wrecks and also down to the keys.
I can't even imagine how cold it's got to be down there up in the greak lakes and other places up north.

Good hobbies, let's hear more.

I think that all of us have or do things we enjoy but don't think of as hobbies but instead things we enjoy.

I love shooting trap, skeet and sporting clays but prefer to shoot wildlife with a camera.

I do leatherwork, mostly small items, occasional belts, knife sheaths and an occasional holster.

I'm fascinated by historical research and historical weaponry and tactics.

There's more but I just look at them as things I do, not hobbies...:)

Oh yeah....one other...I used to write short stories for the fun of it but it was sometimes frustrating ...I'm getting back into playing around with words again. :)

Filming kayaking

I'd love to see the leather work if you want to share a peek :rose:

This isn't a hobby and it's certainly not hot but during a good rain storm I will set up a chair in the garage and just watch it pour. It was something we did as kids and it kinda stuck. The only difference now is that I added beer to the occasion. There's something relaxing and watching and listening to it rain hard, especially when you're dry in the garage.
