Seriously, watch and observe. Find something to break the "ice", cars, music, clothing.... hopefully its something you are knowledgeable or have a personal interest in. People can since BS. Make the conversation all about her, but be smart and listen. I cant repeat this enough!!! Women love a man who listens , not just shake their head.

Do you mean like the TA for a class you're taking? The answer is don't until you're not in that class anymore. No TA will respect a student hitting on them and it will ruin their impression of you for when after the class is over and they might actually be willing to date you.
