do what you have to..but take breaks inbetween..Like a thing I used to like on fox tv..a long time ago.***** be in it..go fly a kite take a walk beneath the moon..look at art..throw a dart..Or the other one..take 30 minutes a day no matter what you are doing..Take a break for your life's at stake...dramatic..oh well
