YOu have to make 100 post...on the threads....then you'll be given options for adding it

Sometimes, you have to log out, clear and log back in. Go to the CP and click on the Edit Avatar option et voila.

The option didn't appear for me straight away when I reached 100 posts. As fire_breeze said, I had to log out and back in again to get it working. Have you tried that?

In the 'settings and options' section of the control panel, the option for 'edit avatar' should show up just above 'edit profile picture'.
