How Do You Solve A Problem Like Obama?

I'm watching Obama at this moment on TV.

He said, "Yes, it was satire. I think they failed, but bottom line, it's a cartoon. That's why we have the First Amendment, Larry."

He didn't seem to be whining.

I guess it's what you choose to see.

That's what I saw.

Obama will handle criticism with grace. He will display a gentle sense of humor. And his underlying campaign message will be his administration will be the moral compass America needs now.

If you read the article from the Chicago Trib that Jomar posted, you see what the comedy writers themselves say: that Obama's basically a class act who hasn't given them a crack to get their fingernails into yet.

In other words: this thread is a non-issue. You'd might as well complain that he's not an alcoholic so we can't make alcoholic jokes about him.

You can always hope they'll find him a Grayhound station bathroom

Actually Obama has a few vulnerabilities worthy of exploitation. Certainly his age and inexperience.

He has thin skin and no sense of humor.

The local paper, which supports him, suggested he's a 'house nigger.' Their word, not mine. A crafty person could sneak it under the radar so whites dont detect the insult, but blacks would see it.

Obama fails the Guy Test. Clinton would be fun to hang out with, maybe Dubya, too. But Obama's idea of a good time is to visit old people at Hospice or attend a scholarly lecture. Zzzz.

Mencken would tag Obama as "The Arch-angel Obama."
