You are in the forum side of things right now, which is different than chat. There are a variety of forums that you can peruse and post in much like you’ve done here. Looking at your previous post, you might be interested in the LGBTQIA+ Forum (LINK). There are also a lot of interactive game type of threads on The Playground (LINK).

For Chat, I think you just jump into rooms that are sorted by topics and talk to the folks who are there. It moves way too quickly for me, so I stay in the forum. If that’s what you’re looking for, you can find Lit Chat here: (LINK).

umm...do you mean you want chat logs? and as someone who did tech support for a very long time....we need specifics...what about chat do you want to know? How it connects to the internet? How to find a chat partner? how to PM someone? How to open your own room? How to join another room? How do you stop the comings and going? How to look at profiles? You can't just say How does chat work? This is like saying "My internet is not working fix it!"

What do you want out of chat? Because the post above indicates to me that you want to find chat partners...sitting there and saying nothing is not going to get any one talking to you. You are simply sitting there among a sea of other chatters. Say something and people might say things back. Other wise be more specific?

and if you are looking for chat logs once you leave the room they are gone..we don't keep logs.

I am off work again because my foot hates me (i broke my toe a few weeks ago and now I seem to have an..irritated tendon in my foot causing swelling?) So I guess me and my tendon match sometimes now. Sitting here with my foot up with an ice pack.

Two of my cats were fighting behind me while I was standing in front of my bed folding laundry and then one attempted to run through my leg to get under the bed and I moved my foot and cracked it off the leg of my bed frame. So sadly no one.

I am a 76 yo man who lives I live in Auburn, CA, a city about 33 miles from Sacramento, CA.

I am lonely. I am not looking for sexual activity, necessarily. I am not counting it out. But, essentially, I’m looking to make friends. That may lead to other things. But that only happens when trust and familiarity grow.

I don’t have many friends, maybe 2. But I do not have close enough relationships with them. I don’t feel comfortable sharing my deepest feelings and my sexual fantasies with them. First, Literotica has both a Chat feature and a forum where you can post either a Personal or join in other forums in "threads" that are interactive.

"Chat" is not on this forum.

"Chatting" here on this forum can be done as I said before or through the "start conversation" button under a member's name. Not everyone has that feature turned on.

To look for someone to chat with, go to Literotica Personals and begin a thread, just like you did here.
