Thanks, but wow, only one thread? It looks like you're quite busy!

Well, as I've said, I'm very...particular...about what threads I play. Not much catches (or keeps) my interest...
an insane psuedo-stalker, a godlike superhero, a mad time lord, a woman running an asylum who is twice as crazy as anyone there, and a bad-ass secret agent.
That gets me going.
I don't tend to play in worlds other people play in.

(Oh, and a PI in a city where everything is twisted, and her allies and enemies even more so)

Those all sound like very interesting threads. I do understand that some people prefer things that are as far-removed from reality as possible, while others prefer to write in the comfort of what they know and what they live in. Two different perspectives, and from what I see, both can give excellent or horrible results and everything in-between. It all depends on the creativity and, of course, the tastes of the writers involved.

For me, since I am still a relatively new writer, I try not to stray too far from the norm, but that doesn't always work as I am more interested in writing characters who are very different from what I am in real life, and who live very different lives from the normal, boring one I live.

Well, for me, it doesn't have to be FAR off, just off a few degrees.
I love to play with language and perception, and its hard to do that without going off center. I never fault people for what they like to play, and I know that good writing isn't based on the subject or environment. I just need different things :)

Wait a minute, you consider 'an insane psuedo-stalker, a godlike superhero, a mad time lord, a woman running an asylum who is twice as crazy as anyone there, and a bad-ass secret agent.' as 'just off a few degrees'? I don't dare imagine what's far off for you then lol........ You're scary

Almost everyone here comes to have fun, and seems that everyone does it differently :)

I'll write damn near anything with enough reason or story to do so.

Good for you man!!!

laughing
well, I also played a psycho-stalker high school senior.
Just sayin', I don't have to go FAR off, or leave the real world. I just need...flexibility.

Huzzah. And remember.

There is no crying in the basement.

Wait a minute, a thread started or resumed using my thread for communication, I guess that entitles me to some of the profit it generates. Or, if it doesn't generate any then I'll settle for premium seats to watch the action :D

Premium seats to a psychological threesome, and the glorious and wonderful emotional rollercoaster of gently making a new servant, while teaching her that Sex is not the only part of Polyarmousness, and Sadism and Dominance are very different things.

Oh that's something worth seeing!!!

HELL NO!

I am smarter than to say. But on most days, I'd say I am about 6. Some days I'd say as high as 4. Some days as low as 9.

But Obviously Vail. And Chas is but I only count the active writers.

Oh very smart. I am sure you wanted to say I am number one, but didn't want to give me an ego boost, how mean

Note: Message was the last on the previous page so I didn't see it till now...

Oh my god, I missed so much in the space of a weekend....

*Rubs hands together*

Speedy Gonzales this shit! :D

No. Sorry. You see I understand the difference between the two. I am NOT overconfident. I know exactly where my limitations lie, and what I can accomplish. And I have a decent ability to figure out what I can not. I love a challenge, but I know when to back out from one.

I am however also high n myself, and my abilities. I do think I am better than many in this particular Arena. Often this is unfounded.

I am not the best writer on this site. But I am certainly top ten. That makes me arrogant.

He is definitely arrogant.

*Pets his head*

But still a reasonably good boy when he wants to be, he can be modest too! You'd be amazed!

Who is Vail?
VAIL IS VAIL!

jeez

OMG!!

It never happened Vail! NEVER!

Vail is Vail and that is final!

Not really a clone then.
No bewbs.

I'll be your clone...your foot kissing clone...*blinks*

Well you can tell us what are the characters you play in all your threads :)

Note: Sorry if you already did that

And finally, the big one...no I didn't do this part already

*Blush*

I hope I can describe my threads accurately...

Here goes, I consider these ones to be my active threads:

H&H - I play Dahlia, the spiritual angel of Heaven (or the Grim Reaper of Heaven if you would like a better job description), she meets the son of Satan at an annual meeting for Heaven and Hell (H&H) and together they embark on a dangerous love affair that leave them scrambling for their own home turf.

Taking Online Offline - I play Tameka, a woman infatuated with her own fantasies of what being a submissive in real life would actually be like. She confides in her online roleplaying partner, they meet in real life for coffee and discuss their lives, she lets a little too much slip to Nicholas however, telling him a great deal about her friends, her boyfriend and her family life. When Nicholas cannot sway her to try anything in real life, he abducts her to show her what she's missing out on and she must decide if she can really live as a submissive when Nicholas forces her to.

The Black Rose Society - I play April, a regular blonde petite porcelain doll of a woman who's in college when she's suddenly blitzed by two abductors and wakes up in a bare concrete room wearing nothing, with nothing. Her abductors have plans to infiltrate the Black Rose Society in order for them to have their revenge on its leader...and for their plan to work, they need to mould April into the perfect sex slave...

Massacre State Asylum - I play Eva, a woman who for all intents and purposes to real society - does not exist. She has no birth records, no tax history, no files of any kind on record...anywhere. She was brought up as a pure pleasure slave in a secret, strict society called 'La Trinacria'. However when her Master is involved in a devastating car accident, her sister submissive Mayumi says a little too much in front of his family and their lawyers. Without warning, they find themselves shipped off to a mental asylum which takes under-the-table bribes and the doctors are just as nutty as the patients. Now they must live through the crazy house, make it out and get back to their Master before his family makes sure they disappear forever.

Escaping Animal State - I play Sienna, a woman who is not all that she seems and can never be found in the daylight hours. She and her boyfriend have a terrible secret, they're cursed by Sienna's former employer Vincent. She is a cat by day and he is a wolf by night. Their only escape is for Sienna to give herself to Vincent who has an all consuming obsession for this particular feline, however Sienna continues to fight and Vincent continues to visit her...the question being will Sienna give in or find another way out?

A Hero's Second Chance - I play Helena, an Egyptian Commander who volunteers for a dangerous mission alongside nine other male warriors. They embark across a treacherous road to battle those who would bring about the end of the world. But not all of those in their team have 'honorary' reasons for going with them. It crosses between biblical and mythological borders and Helena might yet find her male match in Damien...in more ways than one...

I'm not good at shortening things lol! Hopefully that's a good basic description of all of them anyway, that was harder than everyone else made it look!

I really, REALLY wish we were still playing this. I loved writing Tessa...as some have put it, she's a force of nature. I've never written anything quite like her and her relationship with the institution. According to Ninaling, I even managed to get the Schitzo-M.P.D. stuff right by accident (whcih, I think, says something fairly scary about my own mental stability...)

Yeah, I've noticed that FM has been gone for quite awhile :( I miss her very much.
I decided to put it in anyway because I posted to it not that long ago and the whole thread is really a force of nature, I still remember when we first started and we had groupies before we ever kicked it off lol!
I loved having a fan base for it before we even kicked it off and I loved collaborating on my original idea so much, it expanded amazingly. I'm kinda sad that so many of the great writers disappeared from the pages, would be great if we can get it going again. I'm more active now with my partner on night shifts, I have more time on my hands now that I'm no longer working so I think I'm making a bit of a return here.

I enjoyed expanding on Eva's personality too, I had so much planned for bringing her submissive side to the surface, I was just starting to peer into that.

Yeah, with FM (I miss her too sad) gone, and Aus gone, its really hard to start up again. Plus, I think there's a general "I want to get back into this but not if its going to collapse in two weeks" feeling.
But, seriously, who WOULDN'T want to watch this group of women play crazy people?
