Ezzy's right...make some smalltalk and show interest in her. Say hi and ask her how her weekend was or if she has anything exciting planned for next weekend. Smile a lot and make eye contact, but be yourself.

Actually, as odd as it sounds, I have the opposite problem. I am NOT looking to flirt, but often find myself in conversations with women without even realizing it.
The most difficult thing for you will be to relax. If you are nervous and press, it will show. Just try to relax and be yourself. As SE says above, the things most women are immediately attracted to are sincerity and politeness. Two things woefully missing today.
Smile, ask how THEY are today. And then wait for an answer. Look her in the eye and show your true interest. Express interest in her as a person. Ask about her weekend or the holidays.
If you are really nervous, practice on everyone you see first till you get more comfortable. You will be surprised how easy it is once you get used to it.
