It depends on why you want to leave the site. Can you describe the situation a bit more?
If you just don't like it here anymore or something like your partner found you here and feels it's cheating happened, you can:
1) Edit any problematic posts to five characters (like periods), delete and turn off PMs and site notifications in your User CP, clear out your profile.
2) Log out.
3) Clear your cookies and history.
4) Don't return to the site. With so many members and a 2010 join date, you'll likely be forgotten quickly.
