How to do an animated gif ?

Please I need some help there.....

I took some pics that i changed into .gif format to be able to do a little animation. My question is do I need a special software to animated the pictures? How does it work ?

Sounds like Gifworks.com is the answer to your specific problem.

In general terms, you need animation software to build animated gifs there are several threads in this forum on editing animated gifs that have some recommendations on good animtion editors.

Gifworks is not the greatest animation builder/editor, but it IS online and you don't need to download and install a program for a one-time creation.
