How to post an illustation with a story?

This question is FRYING in my head, and is driving me f**king crazay! I searched everywhere I could on this site, google, the site's main search, everywhere and still can't find how to do it. How do you add a picture to an illustated story? Thanks to anyone in advance to whoever can provide an answer.
