hey, so i've done anal some good times now. I've stretched up in plug sizes but still seem to find fisting too tough.

I think it's ready to be stretched that far but i'm thinking maybe it's a relaxation thing.

I'm not sure, tips?! :)
 
Give this a try - something I read somewhere about how they did it in ancient China!

1. wash/douche the rectum thoroughly
2. moisturise not only the anal ring but also inside of the rectum - this was done with animal fat in ancient times, but these days we have more modern choices
3. stretching with fingers/toys/whatever
4. healing/recovery - this is a key part as stretching without proper treatment afterwards to help the rectum to recover will probably result in rectal damages - now we don't want that to happen, do we? ^_^ - the ancient people used raw beef for this purpose. Yes, you heard me right, raw beef, cut into strips, insert into the rectum for (I guess 1 hour ish, it doesn't say how long exactly). Raw beef is believed to help skin and tissue to recover better
5. wash/douche again
repeat 1-5

Now, this is straight off the books/records from ancient time, no guarantee that it's been approved by modern medical standards. Your call. Good luck.

why anal fisting though? from what my girls told me, anal fucking is so good, they don't want to try anything else!
