To begin with, you must reach 100 posts before Lit will allow you to include an avatar with your posts. Once you reach that number of posts, you add your avatar through the User Control Panel. It's fairly self-explanatory. The one factor that sometimes confuses new Litsters is the size limitation on avatars. These limitations are explained in the f.a.q. (I don't have them at hand, sorry) and may mean that you will need to resize an image before Lit will allow you to use it.
