Dallas police say a 36-year-old man has admitted to fatally stabbing his new girlfriend following her revelation that she was HIV positive after they had sex, WFAA-TV reports.

Dunn, who only recently began dating Bolden, said he was so upset by her admission that he got a knife from the kitchen and stabbed her to death.

He told detectives, "She killed me, so I killed her," the Dallas TV station reports.

.....look for long viral or bacteria logical sounding names on the paperwork when it comes back from the lab from his STD screening. That's the very best way to spot them.
