How to stay wet....

i have trouble staying wet after a few rounds of sex. never happened b4, but now i am starting to get a little worried.
are there any ladies or men out there that can help?

on rare occasion this happens to me. but it's usually not something I worry about. Pretty much, for me, it's because I'm just all worn out and in a complete state of happiness that I cant fully comprehend in my brain the idea of being aroused anymore.

Vagisil liquid silk is great for a water based lube. We never have sex without some kind of lube. Lube ALWAYS makes it better. We like to use mineral oil too.

Astroglide is a great lubricant that doesn't really give any abnormal sensation (other then feelings wet). Try buying a lube assortment set, which has alot of trial size lubricants and find which one you like best. Thats what we did and that was when we found our newest sexual partner, our bottle of astroglide. Wouldn't go anywhere without it ^_^

i think i have tried them all, to the cheap $2.00 bottle to the $40.00 kind.
but i must admit that the best kind is the one of your making.
2nd is astroglide.

Make sure you're drinking plenty of water too. I've noticed when I don't drink a couple of quarts a day or if I'm dehydrated from heat or physical exertion, my natural lubrication is also affected. So even if you think you're getting enough water, drink a little more and see what happens.

Your personal lubrication also my vary according to your cycle..ovulating, you tend to be slicker and wetter..not ovulating, the consistency may be stickier and dry faster.


Astroglide always helps.

I don't know about the vitamins, but the pill has a lot to do with it in my experience. In fact, I stopped taking it a few months ago to give myself a break after 8 years, and I noticed a HUGE difference in my lubrication. Other medications (especially cold/allergy drugs, narcotics, and muscle relaxants, but I'm sure there are others) can also dehydrate you/dry all secretions up. I'd suggest increasing your water intake to at least 2 quarts a day (you need more if you're a BBW or you're consuming salt, sugar, caffeine, or alcohol). Then add an artificial lubricant. If that doesn't help, go see your doctor about trying a different BC pill and to investigate other causes.

Never had sex longer than few rounds but since I like to masturbate hour and hours I know that one issue is keeping interested in it. I mean its easy to keep myself aroused for sometime but then I kind of get 'bored'. The excitement goes away. I constantly need to think dirtier, have more direct stimulation, find something new to get that interest back... In some cases its something that fuels itself - you get aroused from being aroused. In some cases you just feel it fading away.

Hmm.. dunno if Im really talking about same thing. I have sometimes got problems with wetness even when Im aroused, and sometimes been wet without being really aroused at all.

Could it been said more confusingly?

I guess I don't want to sound unsympathetic, but it's really not something that needs to be considered a "problem". Don't let it be a traumatic situation... it's very much solvable.

I found from previous experiences that involving lube in foreplay can be quite a turn on.

My ex used to get wet again in no time if I'd lube up 2 fingers and play with her clit for a while.
