Hundreds of years ago there was a kingdom known as Pandora, it had an immensely powerful army, and the king and queen rule with a sincere heart. They were fair and loving, unfortunately the queen died when she gave birth to her daughter, she willingly gave her life to her daughter. The princess grew up and was a beautiful nineteen-year-old. Everyone loved her, her father doted on her since he was everything his wife was when she was alive. The animals no matter if it was a rabbit or a wolf all loved her, she had a special power over nature. She learned everything she needed to learn and when she turned seventeen, she was taught to use a sword and a bow and arrow. In case a time came she needed to learn to protect herself. Everything she learned made her the perfect future queen, but there was someone on her mind lately.
River met a guy much older than her but there was something special about him, they became good friends, and she had no idea there was more that met the eye with him. Growing up she had been told about a dragon that flew over the kingdom, everything seemed like a story until she saw the dragon for the first time. She met him he was hurt by hunters trying to kill him. She had no idea she would meet him again but in human form, they got to know each other. What she did not know was he wanted to take her away to be his bride. The dragon she knew his name was Talone, he was a special person to her, and she even liked the dragon, having no idea they were the same person. Over the years she got older, but he stayed the same, at least that was what it looked like. She spoke with the dragon in secret, for her father feared the dragon.
Everyone kept away from him, in return the dragon did not seem to hurt anyone in the kingdom, he lived in a cave far from the castle but was still considered part of Pandora. Something was calling her, or someone. She was being trained to one day be queen of Pandora but now? She was just a young woman who was hanging out with nature and being a young adult. River enjoyed time away and when nature was around, she loved running with the deer or running with the wolves, it made her feel special. Then one day she had noticed tracks, big tracks with blood on the ground a bit pool of it here and there. River followed the tracks and saw the dragon she had spoken to a month earlier. She had been training to be a healer and wanted to help him. She walked up to him, putting her hands up showing she had no weapons in her hands.
“Talone if you let me, I would like to try and heal you, I am training to be a healer I would like to try and help you. You have kept my kingdom safe and have not harmed it, it is the least I can do” Having no idea that this dragon was her friend, just in a much different body. River smiled at him, slowly walking up to him and she grasped a necklace around her neck and her other hand placed on the dragon and taking a deep breath she concentrated. Soon a light came from her hand, and it began to heal the wound on the dragon, before she knew it her eyes shut and she collapsed, not realizing he caught her. She was out cold, but her dreams tried to show her that deep down she knew the dragon and her friend were the same person, but she did not know that for a fact. She slowly started to wake up from her healing and saw him there instead of the dragon.
