Wouldn't your treatment require a fairly extensive knowledge of his films by the reader?

It would help if the reader were aware of these things. Yes! A desire to read such a story would stem from their knowledge and interest in the star, as a fan.

More certainly, it would require considerable knowledge from the writer, which is why the writer would have to stick to scripts s/he has actually seen.

One assumes the writer believes s/he has a handle upon how to write for Sir Anthony, and/or several of his creations, or s/he would not be drawn to write about the subject.

I do not say I am correct. I have never written a Celebrity Story, nor had such a wish. That is merely what I imagine would foster such a desire.

If I am wrong, I can not fathom a Celebrity writer's motive at all.

Him as a vampire character......I don't think he's ever
played one in a film.......

That's what brainstorming does to one......out of the
clear blue sky an idea or a whole slew of ideas come
flowing out........

I've been having visions of him being the one seducing

I know that in real life, he has been married twice; in fact
he and wife #2 just got a divorce last month after 29
years of marriage...the last several years they've been
separated (she preferred to be over in the UK, and he
loves the US).......Just from perusing diff. websites on Sir
Tony, he expresses the fact that he couldn't be with
someone for too long.......interesting......

and polite person on the outside, but on the inside he's
got this "devilish sensuality" going on.............

on my way to work last nite......was driving along in my
car, of all places!!

I was thinking of the fact that I enjoy cooking and
fine food.........and keeping in tune that Sir Anthony
seems to enjoy that (and the character of Dr. Lecter
himself indulges in the fine things)...........perhaps a
personal chef type of deal.......I could go to his place
for the first time......to cook for him, alone........
