Missed my point sweets.....just because there are gaps in the law doesn't mean lawyers can't use them against you, and it doesn't mean a judge or jury would be more sympathetic....In fact, they normally get turned off when someone purposefully uses a loophole in a law.

lol a grand jury had indict based on the evidence presented there has to be a reasonable amout of evidence before the case is brought to trial. Reasonable in the eyes of the law mind you not based on supposition and general suspicion.
