But how do I resize my Avatar so that it's not fuzzy or far far away? I went to the FAQ's, the Blank Manual, and downloaded Paint Shop Pro...but my Avatar is still really grainy and bad. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

Are you sizing it down from a larger image or up frm a smaller image.

In the latter case, there isn't a lot that can be done becaue there just isn't enough informationin a small image to make a decent large image.

If you're resizing down from a larger image, try resizing in stages. Resize by percentage -- about 75% at a time -- until you close to the finished size then resize it to 150 pixels on the largest dimension.

You can also try the sharpen filter in PSP to reduce some of the fuzziness. Also, oddly enough, using the soften or blur filter before resizing will often result in a sharper image after resizing.
