Lowest temperature readings. The coldest place in Canada based on average yearly temperature is Eureka, Nunavut, where the temperature averages at −19.7 °C or −3.5 °F for the year. However, the coldest temperature ever recorded in Canada was −63 °C or −81.4 °F in Snag, Yukon.

It's 50 here and raining. I was out in it for 2 hours. I had to come in and start a fire, make some coffee and crawl under a blanket. :)
 
I like cold too, however...

Cold weather can be refreshing. But over all I think that the planet would be better if the ambient temperature of the Earth went back to the more global-tropical condition that prevailed before this long global-cooling cycle that we are currently in.

Not what you have been told by, "all the scientists?" The reality is that long before the infestation of the Earth with human civilization the Earth has heated and cooled many times over hundreds of thousands of years.* It will keep happening no matter how hard the cows try to burn us down with their farts.

But, we are gradually leaving the natural cooling cycle that the Earth goes through with or without us and thank goodness it is going to warm up again.

* It appears that many have never heard that the Earth has gone through many "Ice Age" events and warmed up on it's own without the help of Al Gores heated swimming pool. Past Ice-Age events gave way to "global warming" due to natural forces that are still in place. The warming had nothing to do with cars because there were no cars. Not even snowmobiles.

no-one (with the exception of the climate-warming deniers like trysail) is confused about the cycles of the planet and how we are still warming. what scientists are trying to get into deniers' thick skulls is that the actions of man have had (and continue to have) a detrimental effect on the time-scales of the warming. things are moving faster than they might have been expected to if man had never begun to clear forests, grow crops, mine, burn fossil fuels, use unclean sources of energy to make our own lives more comfortable and so increasing our population.

Written record of human history goes back maybe 5000 years, climate change included. Before that it's a guessing game. Fuck off with this "edjumecated guess" to push your degenerate ridden agenda.

Or we could be headed into another Maunder Minimum. Judging by recorded solar cycles, we are due for one. So far this year, sunspot activity has been lower than normal.

But I guess we could be leaving cooling all together, too. No one really knows.

Nor is courteousness apparently. Maybe I missed it before given my previous associations, but this is the third time in a matter of days I’ve thought “what a bitch” when seeing some of her responses.

Guess that fluffy side is quite the act or America has made her cold. :cool:
