I must be crazy!!!

Glad to hear it. So, do you get to watch the movies while you're showing them or do you take off after starting them?

Of course you watched a hockey game! :D (don't mind my rude stereotyping, of course I'm teasing!)

Lol that's no problem hun, I am proud to be a Canadian even if I do get 'teased' for watching hockey, saying 'eh' and apparently pronouncing it 'aboot' instead of 'about' LOL. It's all clean fun.

No I don't get to watch them while I am working, I mean I check on them and sometimes watch a scene or two, but generally there is always work to do anything from cleaning to fixing things to kepp things in order or just general maitenance. I do however get to see movies for free when I am not working. Well limited, but still I get me and one other person in free so it's nice.

I was born and raised in Wisconsin, and when I first moved down south to Florida they told me I talked like a Canadian! By the way, do you say "pop" in Canada? As in coke...

That sounds like a decent job. I love movies, so I would probably get fired for taking too much time watching them!

Lol I admit the temptation sometimes when a really good movie is playing is most definately there.

As for pop, yes that is what we call it. Not soda. We ask for pop lol.

It's funny how words are so regional like even, but even across country lines. It's like 'pop' trickled on down from Canada into Wisconsin.

Yeah I guess being a northern state it happens. I am sure New Yorkers also know 'pop' as we Canadians know it.

Actually, New Yorkers, are totally different. I think they say "soda", but have an accent that makes it more like "soder". But I'm talking south New York, northern New York may be totally different. It boggles the mind

im good just starting to wake though so still a bit woozy. Whats the time where you are?

Yeah, it most certainly does. I mean even in Canada you go to different provinces and things are different, so it makes sense that in the US each state has it's own ...uniqueness.

So being from Wisconsin... you a football fan? Packers?

This is true. In my limited travels to Canada, I have found the States and Canada to be amazingly similar. Except for the security guard who went on and on about stupid Americans, before asking me where I was from? :D

I am a football fan, and I love the Packers!! I also like hockey and support the Lightning. What about you?

Well I will say this, Brett Favre is a future Hall of Famer... but I think he should have retired this year. Now, here you get to laugh. My favourite team is the Buffalo Bills and then I also like the Panthers. In Hockey, I am a die hard Maple Leafs fan. Although I will say that during the 2004 run to the cup for the Lightning I was rooting for them after the Leafs were eliminated as I wanted to see Andreychuk win the cup so bad. While I have my fav teams, there are only a few teams I utterly loathe. In football, I cannot stand the Patriots or Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. In hockey... can't stand the Ottawa Senators. Now you may proceed to chuckle at my expense for my choice in teams lol.

Brett Favre is a living legend for sure! He's one of my favorites! I also liked Reggie White (RIP) When I was a kid I loved the Chicago Bears. There's nothing to laugh at about your favorite teams, you like who you like!

Reggie White is the man (RIP) he was and is one of my favourite defensive players of all time, and I love to see a good defensive team more than offensive most times. You know the whole addage that Defense wins Championships :)

I know others who would laugh at my likes of fav teams, glad you're not one of them.

Yes well, those are the kind of people who take sports too seriously! Actually, both of my favorite football teams (the Packers and the Buccaneers) have at one time been embarrassments to us fans. I mean come on, do you remember the old Buc's uniform?

Yes I do, and they are not doing so hot this season so far... 0 - 4 record. I expected them to do better than that. Maybe they can still turn it around though. I take sports seriously, but I am not one of those crazy fanatics either lol.

I am so out of touch with football in Japan. I am looking forward to spending two months in the States. I love 'football Sunday'. LOL for some people Sunday is the day of God, but for football fans...
