All sorts. Not really big on the samey thrillers or horror or boy meets girl with no proper storyline. Anything that can keep me interested, take me away while I'm reading it. Ideas?
I recommend a Willa Cather novel. Either My Antonia, O Pioneers!, or Death Comes for the Archbishop.

thats ok... twas trying to think of a book a man or a woman might enjoy.
If you like legal thrillers...the older John Grisham books are good, IMO.. I recommend the King of Torts or the Firm were my favorites..I read the king of torts twice..
a really good post apocalyptic/stephen king type book is called Swan Song and that is an excellent book.
if you like adventure type books, Clive Cusslers older books are good.
I like the Jack Reacher novels by Lee Child.

No, no all ideas are welcomed. I find it so hard to really engage in a book and stick at it, lately I can't seem to find something that clicks with me, and I'm finding it really frustrating! Grrrrr. I am going to research any ideas that anyone comes up with and hopefully I will hit gold
