You come across as a little desperate, uncharismatic and seem only interested in one thing. Perhaps there lies the problem. People want interaction with a real, interesting person and not just a desperate cock in front of a webcam (well most people)!! Also the ratio of males to females is completely uneven so you do need to stand out if you want one of them to notice you.
