I would just like to point out that multiple stories found in the random search have shown up but not in the authors sites. Some of these are stories I’ve read from those authors in the past.

It's possible the authors have taken the stories down. If that's the case, it's a bit odd they would show up in a recent search. It might be a glitch in the database.
