I’m probably just good at illusions.
But I do like to be more mindful of the good things my body can do rather than focussing on self perceived negatives or other peoples ideals. Some days I’m better at that than others. Lol

Everybody I know has issues with their body. I think it’s part of the human condition. It’s taken me years to accept mine. But I have. I’m no Adonis. I’m not the tallest not the biggest, not the youngest, but these are all things I have no control over. So I’ve learned to let them go. And celebrate what I do have. An ok body. Sagging where it used to be taut, boney where it shouldn’t be and plump where it wasn’t.
I know not everyone cannot make the mental leap to do that and have real body issues. I wish there were no such things.
We are all beautiful. And I appreciate any woman or man who accepts this publicly.
