I'd like to get to know you - OOC free for all

"Shea! Good to see you here! I've just been talking to our hostess about a few things from the future. Really interesting", grinned Morgoth, slapping Shea's back lightly. Of course the word "lightly" applied to Morgoth's idea of lightly, and practically made Shea fall flat on his face AND lose his lunch.

Games? And a Nova!

Elana
Elana blushed and stammered as first Morgoth, and then Shea, snapped her out of her daydreaming. "Oh, " she smiled at Shea, inclining her head in a neat curtsey from where she sat, "I am the hostess, Master Shea. Call me Elana, please." She grinned at both Shea and Morgoth, "As for games, I hadn't planned any, not knowing who would attend." Her eyes flashed amusement at them both as she continued, "I am, of course, open to suggestions."
Any suggestion, any at all. She chuckled softly to herself, low in her throat, as un-seemly thoughts took root in her mind and echoed in her deep green eyes.

Eostre
It was random chance that she saw the look on Elana's face. The influx of people had interrupted her socializing, and she'd just noticed Shea when she saw the look that passed across Elana's face. Pure mischief. And not of the hearty or pure sort either. What was she going to do with that girl. In a huff, Eostre gathered her skirts and bustled off to the kitchen.

Aiyoku
She giggled fiercely and half-hid behind Sei, facinated and shy at the same time. She grinned, and came out from behind Sei enough to hold out her hand, "I'm Aiyoku, and this is Seiyoku," she tilted her head to indicate her twin. "Open bar?" She gestured to the bottle of wine they'd just opened, "It's open everything, by the looks of things," her eyes were shining as she snuggled behind her twin in a way that invited Kudo to stay. "Whatever you want.." she began, but trailed off, giggling and blushing over her own boldness. Sei usually played these sorts of games, Ai wasn't used to being so forward.

Shea caught his forward plunge, barely avoiding bumping into Elana. Ah, he thought wryly, so the iron fist saying is a literal fact. He straightened up next to her and looked levelly into her eyes. "Some would say that the power of suggestion is just tapping into unconscious desires," he said mysteriously, "simmering just below the surface of the psyche."

Oh for heaven's sake! thought Yruddry. He stepped forward and bowed. "Permit me to introduce myself. I am Captain Yruddry of the Castle Dulla. Thank you, Madame Elana, for inviting us to your home. And greetings Lord Morgoth, and to you Shea."

Shea rolled his eyes, suddenly wishing that he could do some recruiting.

Bolbar slowly moved down the food tables, placing new items on his plate as he made room for them. His first inclination had been to get stuffed as fast as possible, but then he calculated the amount of food versus the number of people who were talking and not eating, and figured he had a couple of days worth of safe eating ahead of him. Now he was relaxed, and the maids kept his mug full. He saw two men chatting near the kitchen door and called out, "Hey, are you cook? This good food! Really, really good food!" He gave a good-natured greasy smile and waved a barbequed rib at them.

"Aikyu, uh, Seikono..kuno..," Kudo stammered. "Say, how about if I just call you Ai and Sei? Anything I want, huh? Well, how about a glass of whatever you've got in your hands? Hey," he reached out delightedly and touched both of their pigtails, "you've got some pretty nice 'tails."

Seiyoku

Seiyoku smiled wickedly towards Kudo as she reached back to pinch Ai's creamy thigh, winking as her twin squealed in surprise.

"Mmmmmm yes...it seems that anything and everything you could possibly desire is within your reach here." She spoke smoothly.

Snatching an empty glass off a passing tray, she filled it to the brim. The thick, dark blood-wine was pungent and intoxicating, and Sei ran her agile tongue over her full lips as she handed the glass to the man.

"Think you can handle this?"

The imp

"I am the left hand of Marak Ginseng. He doesn't like attending parties without having someone on the roof. Especially since the divorce." The small grizzled creature shuddered in emphasis. "You know how some women can get. Imagine the temper of your ex-wife the Dragon Queen of Hell. Not always pretty."

Marak

Nodding at the timely approach of Ransitar and then back to Morgoth, "So it is who I am. And so I would have thought of my former lord. Murmus is a stingy old thing, but it gets him by well. I learned much in my time serving him." Turning back to the new approach, "I have not heard of Toril. Perhaps it is a place off my beaten path. But of late I have been prone to a bit of wander lust. I would be very please to hear of your homeland, if you think the natives would not mind my visit."

Conveniently seated by one of his minions, Marak seems to collapse more than anything else, fatigued by the long jouney here, his tired joints reminding him why a good gate spell is easier than a slow ride by carriage.

"It's not surprising that you have not heard of Toril," said Ransitar. "My people are somewhat xenophobic, and have taken pains to keep our homeworld hidden. " He pulled up a nearby chair and sank into it, momentarily distracted by the luxurious softness of the leather. Tatya and Wentya were trying to look at everything at once, and the twin sparks of fire in their eyes shone brightly in their curiosity.

Kudo took the offered glass. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure I can handle this," he said and took a mouthful. The rush was more than he expected however, and he reached out to hold Sei's arm as he steadied himself. "Whoa, potent stuff, heh. Wow, this place is pretty big," he said as he really looked around for the first time. He looked back at the two sets of eyes watching him wickedly. "You girls feel like showing me around the place, so I don't get lost?"

Aiyoku

Ai did her best to cover her blushes, but her giggles couldn't be helped. Kudo's light tug on her pigtails had sent shivers down her spine. She grinned, "Ai and Sei is fine.. " She giggled again. She couldn't seem to stop giggling. And then Sei (that minx!) goosed her, and she almost dropped her precious wine! She took a judicious sip after that, to enjoy what was still in her glass and not on the floor.

She considered, probably not the best thing to do with the rush in her veins, whether or not they should guide this new aquaintance around. But even as her good common sense told her they should get to know him better first, she found herself practically purring, "I think it is an excellent time for some exploration." She winked at Sei, downed her glass and placed it on a servant's passing tray before planting a silly kiss on Sei's rosebud lips and moving to take Kudo by the arm. While she waited for Sei to take the other, she asked him, "So, which way first?"

Morgoth rubbed his hands together in anticipation. "hehehehehe", he let out a morose, slight chuckle, until it ascended into one of the mad scientist laughs of the 1980 movies. When he stopped, he looked levelly to see everyone staring at him strangely. "Oh, sorry. Got lost in the moment" he blushed. Everyone went back to eating and talking.

Kudo

Kudo looked with delight at the two visions on either side. His head was swimming, and he heard himself say, "Well, I think you ladies know your way around better than I do. Suppose you show me the way? Like, what's up these stairs?

Seiyoku

Sei took her twin's lead and entwined one tiny arm into the crook of Kudo's, a new bottle of wine weighing down the other. Practically dragging the two off towards the imposing staircase, she giggled with delight, knowing that the night was about to get a bit more interesting.

"Actually, we've not been here before, but the unknown has never stopped us in other instances, now has it sweet Ai?"
