If anyone know's Execl please help

If some knows Microsoft Excel, could you please, please help me.

I need a spreadsheet with the following,
space for a name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone, fax, and email Addy.

I tried for and hour to make one and read the damn tutorials and just can't get it. I need to do a little work here at home tonight making a client list.

If anyone would be kind enough to e-mail me something I might be able to us I would be very grateful and it would be much appreciated.

Please, please help if you can. I have watched folks do this in like two seconds and damn if I can figure it out.

How do you want the name to look? First Name, Last Name or Last Name, First Name or just Name?
