I think this is reasonable. Orgasms aren't needed for a fuck. I think you'll need a catalogue of definitions to really answer this question.

You can fuck 4 times in a day, but you can also fuck for 4 days. I suppose a "fuck" ends when you both feel your done for now. If you start up again are you resuming mid-fuck, or starting a new one? If you don't start again for days, did the mid-way fuck count as a finished one now?
